ABOUT

The IHS All-Class Reunion is the brainchild of Renee Silvera Berg who decided it was time to stop holding infrequent, single-year class reunions that were often sparsely attended, expensive and not family friendly. So, in early 2018 she began planning our colossal All-Class Reunion to include all IHS classes beginning with the inaugural class of 1978.

When she joined forces with fellow alum, Brenda Velasquez, the event got even more epic when Brenda proposed attempting to break the GUINNESS WORLD RECORD for the largest high school reunion. Renee took the bait and ran with it, combining a Friday night football game and the world record attempt and BBQ to create the "IHS All-Class Reunion! "

This event will bring together thousands of alum, students, staff, faculty, friends and family for a once-in-lifetime reunion and fundraiser to benefit a variety of IHS programs. Whether you attend or simply donate, we sincerely appreciate your support!

Renee Silvera Berg

Reunion Committee Chair

Former Liberty Manor (B Villa) Class President and proud graduate of the Class of 1984, Renee apparently cannot get enough of planning class reunions. She thoroughly enjoyed her time at IHS participating in student government and our awesome badminton team under the direction of Coach John Dotson. She has lived in Auburn, CA for almost 20 years and runs a website, www.VisitAuburnCA.com, to promote her amazing city. She works for the Coalition for Auburn and Lincoln Youth (CALY), whose mission is to prevent youth substance use in our communities.

Brenda Velasquez

Reunion Committee Co-Chair

A proud graduate of the class of 1985 and member of the 76 Calvary Band, Brenda was unknowingly lured into co-chairing the Reunion by the persuasive Renee, who thought it would be awesome to bring all 41 IHS classes together for one big shin-dig...little did she know what she'd gotten herself into! Brenda attended San Francisco State University and has called Ocean Beach her home for the past ten years.  After a lengthy career in public safety, she transitioned to the tech startup world, were she has been a recruiter for the past five years.
